The company is a well-established, highly progressive technology-focused company driven by a cosmopolitan senior management team offering significant international expertise. Having developed proprietary, patented technology, the company is the market leader in Myanmar. It is now planning further growth into various international markets bolstered by significant institutional investment. To support its ongoing growth and long-term ambitions, there is an immediate requirement to appoint a CFO to be part of its team. The Position
Reporting and working closely with CEO, the CFO will assume a strategic role where he/she will be responsible for the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial status. There will be a need to work closely with the financial institutions and investor for equity and debt financing, provide financial results to the board of directors and advise on the financial implications of the business activities. The CFO will also need to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and system enhancements and accumulate capital to fund their expansion. The Person Interested and suitably-qualified candidates will offer appropriate senior-level Finance experience which will include a minimum of 20 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and including 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 in a senior leadership position. To succeed in this role, the CFO must be driven, energetic and have a passion to work in an emerging market. The role will be based in Yangon, Myanmar.
