xefxbbxbfJob Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Location: Shah AlamReports to: CEOGeneral Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our food manufacturing company specializing in bread, cream roll and waffle production.Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the Finance & Admin team
• Exercising good judgement to identify and solve financial and complex operational problems
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO, board members, and the senior management team
• Translating strategy into business plans and establishes measurable targets. Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface between local teams, related companies and HQ
• Oversees the management and investment of funds and works with bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion, if required
• Providing professional advice on long-term business and financial planning outlook
• Ensuring that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet the organisations' short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Able to respond to individuals and situations with integrity and respect

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry, a deep understanding of cost control, and the ability to drive financial strategies that align with business growth.Work Experience Requirementsxc2xb7 At least 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industriesxc2xb7 Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management within a manufacturing environmentxc2xb7 Experience in cost accounting, supply chain finance, and production cost optimization in food manufacturingxc2xb7 Proven ability to implement financial controls, improve profitability, and drive operational efficienciesxc2xb7 Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic financial planning to support business expansionxc2xb7 Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to food manufacturing and financial reportingxc2xb7 Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with other senior executivesxc2xb7 Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making toolsEducation and Professional Qualificationsxc2xb7 ACCA, or equivalent financial certification is preferredxc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountingxc2xb7 Strong understanding of tax regulations applicable to the manufacturing sectorAdditional Requirements / Qualificationsxc2xb7 Exceptional command with written and spoken English is preferredxc2xb7 Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilitiesxc2xb7 Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsxc2xb7 Experience working in a FMCG environmentxc2xb7 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectivelyxc2xb7 Team playerSub Specialization : Finance;Finance Managers, Controllers & Directors
