Company Description SEDC Energy is a renewable energy company located in Kuching. Their goal is to establish Sarawak as a profitable player in the expanding global Hydrogen Economy. As a catalyst in the industry, SEDC Energy is committed to assisting the people of Sarawak in establishing a supportive ecosystem for renewable energy. Role Description This is a contract Chief Financial Officer role for SEDC Energy. The CFO will be responsible for leading and directing the financial planning, financial statement preparation, and financial reporting for the organization. This is an on-site role located in Kuching. Qualifications Financial Planning and Strategy skills Financial Statement preparation and analysis Experience in Finance, including Accounting, Budgeting, and Cost Control Strong analytical skills and business acumen Experience in Financial Reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional certification (e.g. CFA, CPA) Experience in the energy industry is a plus
