Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Group's financial strategy, planning, and forecasting. Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance for all subsidiaries. Manage treasury functions, cash flow, and funding requirements. Drive cost efficiency, profitability, and financial performance across the Group. Provide strategic advice on investments, new projects, and business expansion. Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance. Lead and mentor finance teams across business units. Act as a key advisor to the Group Managing Director and Board.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent). Minimum 15 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role. Strong background in group consolidation, corporate finance, and treasury management. Experience in multi-industry or group-level companies preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
