Our client is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Chief Operating Officer to lead and oversee the operational functions of Fintech Trustee Services division. The COO will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and ensuring the efficient management of our trustee services in the dynamic fintech landscape. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute the division\'s strategic roadmap, aligned with the company\'s overarching goals. Provide visionary insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market positioning. Operational Management Lead the day-to-day operations of the Fintech Trustee Services division, ensuring seamless execution of trust administration, compliance, and client relationship management. Establish and refine operational policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and service quality Technology and Innovation Work in partnership with the CTO to drive technology initiatives, digital transformation, and innovative solutions that enhance trustee services. Stay abreast of technological trends to incorporate advancements into operational strategies. Financial Oversight Take ownership of budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation for the Fintech Trustee Services division. Develop strategies for cost optimization and resource allocation to maximize value for clients and the company. Team Leadership and Development Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the skill set and expertise of the team. Client Engagement Collaborate closely with the CCO to ensure exceptional client experiences through streamlined processes, timely communications, and responsive support. Proactively address client feedback and concerns to enhance service delivery. Partnerships and Compliance Cultivate strategic partnerships within the fintech ecosystem, including regulatory bodies and industry associations. Ensure strict adherence to compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in trustee operations. Performance Reporting and Communication Provide regular performance updates, insights, and reports to the CEO and board of directors, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proven track record of leadership and operational management in the fintech or financial services sector. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational roles, with a significant focus on trustee or digital asset services. Strong understanding of fintech trends, digital transformation, and regulatory landscape. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and operational excellence. Financial acumen and experience in budget management. Demonstrated success in scaling operations and managing high-growth environments. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
