Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operations
of the company. The COO will be responsible for the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall performance with P&L
responsibility, business development in winning new brands and customers, smooth operations
on digital marketing and livestreaming, acquisition/ management/retention of live streamer and
influencer talents, and supply chain Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth operations across all

departments.

• Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a high-performance culture within the organization.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
• Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s budget and P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage the supply chain and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or a similar role in the digital marketing or

online marketplace industry.

• Experience working with online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tmall or

other leading digital marketing firms is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese.
• International/overseas exposure is a plus.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
