The Information and Cyber Security Remediation (ICS) team is made up of cyber security thought leaders, who are accountable for the provision of a global set of cyber security services and products to maintain and continuously improve Bank\xe2\x80\x99s cyber security posture in today\xe2\x80\x99s ever evolving cyber security landscape.
The Chief SCRUM Master will play a key role in developing and maintaining a common understanding of projects\xe2\x80\x99 goals, objectives and scope, and work to support the delivery of technology and process change to the business lines.
Chief SCRUM Master will manage the delivery of vulnerability remediation backlog and ICS Control adoption with T&I project teams throughout entire project lifecycle (all stages) from inception through design, build, test to final deployment and closure.

Other Responsibilities
Awareness and understanding of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s and ICS\xe2\x80\x99s strategy, model appropriate to the role along with technology/ cyber risks driving the project portfolio.
Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders from various units across the Bank.
Be proactive and communicative in all areas related to understanding, documenting and executing the change.
Work through requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
Prior experience delivering projects in alignment with internal policies, standards, frameworks by delivering, gathering and maintaining all relevant evidence (documents) proving full compliance to project manager, internal and external auditors.
Develop wire frames, workflows, process maps, use case diagrams, flowcharts, and other analysis-type documentation.
Review and/or prepare system documentation and specifications in accordance with Bank\xe2\x80\x99s methodology.
Contribute to project lifecycle by applying creativity in problem solving, idea generation, conclusions based on large volumes of information and data.
Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, PMP mandatory
CISM, PSM1, Cloud Certifications are welcome, though not mandatory.
ROLE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology space preferably in Banking and Financial services sector
Must have a clear understanding of the concepts of Vulnerability Management and end to end information flow. Candidate must have an understanding of industry best practices in respective field and awareness of globally recognized standards & frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to negotiate, compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations across diverse cultures
Provide analytical and critical thinking to support consistency of requirements and development of best-fit solutions while solving problems of various complexity
Understanding of cloud security
Must be articulate and composed when delivering difficult messages to stakeholders
