Payments Hive requires an Agile experienced software developer to lead in the delivery of software assets for the Payments portfolio. The candidate will assist in the delivery of many strategic programs, enable communication between delivery units & management teams by their work predominately focused on software development. The candidate is expected to manage high quality software delivery including the writing, agreeing with partners and successful delivery of Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) automated test assets; as well as the coding of the implementation of those assets for Internet Banking, Mobile and other related channel software deliverables.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Scrum Master with a track record in delivering multiple concurrent, complex projects in a regulated environment, ideally within a financial institution\xe2\x80\x99s context. The candidate should have experience working with teams distributed across multiple countries and experience working with program management teams to implement desired high-quality software assets with flexible prioritisation in a Scrum based model. The successful candidate is expected to:
Follow a structured approach to software delivery within the team
Align with the development plans and change agenda of greater team
Participate in and drive through system requirements gathering, especially in the context of adhering to BDD/TDD principles
Manage dependencies of all technical deliverables
Enforce sound technical standards adherence in all deliverables
Actively own quality of all software written and adhere to rigorous quality standards
Be active in suggesting positive change for peers and partner teams
Advocate best practice release and change management protocols for developments consisting of multiple streams.
Take ownership and accountability of software deliverables
Business
Need to work closely with key stakeholders like the PO, SOS, Practice & Chapter leads of BA, Dev, Design and testing teams and get the work done from the Scrum teams as per the project plan
Ensure all the scrum ceremonies are conducted in a meticulous manner and are documented in the Confluence page
Processes
Ensure adherence to the SDF process for Agile methodology
Ensure the Agile /Scrum Practices are adopted /followed diligently across the squads and throughout the Scrum life cycle
Make sure that all the squads coming under him are maturing enough in the Agile model over a period and ensure they secure 4G rating for all the sprint assessments
People and Talent
Candidate should ready do a dual role Scrum Master + Business Planning Manager.
Strong knowledge in Agile Development (exp in CI/CD/TDD/BDD, SCRUM, KanBan etc)
Min 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience Software development and min 5 yrs in team Management & project management.
Strong knowledge in Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
Nice to have Java/J2EE,API, Microservices ,API, RDBMS and design principle.
Should have strong knowledge in Agile software delivery
Experience with leveraging advanced features and tools in Atlassian software suite
Passion and flair for technology, at home with team-oriented, collaborative and consultative environment
Proven skills in co-ordination, staff management and leadership working with vendors and internal teams
Strong knowledge of risk and regulatory delivery
Knowledge of all aspects of software design and development
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Should have a good analytical skills .
Ready to work on both development and project management.
Contribute to creation of standards & frameworks for the project
Should have the capability to handle more than one project at a same time.
Prepare architecting solutions document, technical audits for the project
Prepare High/Low level technical design document.
Learn and understand relevant application functional & technical architecture and use the same effectively during development
Follow documented SDLC life cycle as per quality management standards
Participate in Requirement gathering and solution meetings
Track overall development and project management
Support developers by providing technical assistance and improve technical competency levels amongst team members
Design modules based on Technical specs.
