Job Description

Responsibilities:

Undertake all incident report from guest; theft, drowning, injured, accident or any undesirable incident in the premises. To ensure all guest feel protect, comfortable, secure and safety at every stage of their stay Maintain safety of all department Monitor key lock system of the resort. To maintain safety of swimming pool & beach area. Recommended improvement in surveillance, security and fire system. Review, quickly and thoroughly, any incidents with the intention of preventing re-occurrences Train and supervise the Security Team including work schedule, leave, etc. Conduct regular briefings with the Security Team. Maintain liaison with local police station, fire station and nearest Hospital. To periodically inspect service ability of fire fighting equipment. Inspect the log of entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles and stores at the commencement of every shift. Monitor all staff in and out activities in the resort. Maintain and monitor security cameras, alarm system and other electronic surveillance.
