Standard Job Responsibilities:
Supervise stewarding team to ensure cleanliness and smooth kitchen operations.
Oversee dishwashing, cleaning, and proper handling of equipment and utensils.
Ensure all sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
Maintain inventory of kitchen equipment, china, glass, and silverware.
Coordinate with Banquet and Kitchen teams for equipment and food pickup needs.
Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and chemical handling.
Monitor staffing levels and daily operations to meet service standards.
Inspect work areas, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating stewarding staff.
Support improvement of service performance and cost control.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
