- Maintaining health and safety records for each child.
- Educating staff and parents on health and safety best practices.
- Participating in staff meetings and childcare programs.
- Ensuring compliance with all childcare regulations and healthcare protocols.
- Providing a supportive and comforting presence for children in need.
