Job Description

Liaise and communicate with

Chinese-speaking suppliers(Mandarin proficiency required) Assist in sourcing and purchasing items Coordinate and arrange transportation/logistics for goods delivery Monitor and follow up on order status, delivery schedules Prepare and update purchase records Perform basic admin and filing tasks Support general administrative duties and

ad hoc tasks assigned by superior*
Maintain an organized filing system
Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma Fresh graduate may apply Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin*, English & Malay (spoken & written)
Knowledgeable and excellent with Excel and Word. Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic admin or procurement experience an advantage
Responsible, willing to learn and multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
