to join our engineering team. This role involves hands-on circuit testing, debugging, and validation of power electronics products such as DC-DC converters. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting complex hardware issues, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability across production and R&D phases.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Day shift)
Responsibilities:
Tune voltage regulation loops and adjust other parameters for optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures (PCB defects, component stress, thermal issues).
Conduct root cause analysis using: Oscilloscopes, thermal cameras, parametric testers
Perform hardware testing & debugging, analyzing electronic issues in production.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
Provide technical support/repairs on products, replacing faulty components when needed.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Debug and optimize test setups for DC-DC modules (functional, electrical, environmental testing).
Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to ensure smooth product transitions from prototype to mass production.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in
Electrical/Electronics Engineering
or related field.
3+ years
in power electronics manufacturing (DC-DC converters, AC-DC supplies, or related products).
Understanding of
DC/DC topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC).
Proficiency with test equipment (
oscilloscopes, electronic loads
).
Knowledge of electronic components and
failure analysis techniques.
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
Technical writing & documentation abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hardware testing schemes and debugging methodologies.
Ability to
analyze electronic circuits
and production defects.
Speak English fluently
