Job Description

Location : PenangSalary : RM 4,000 - 6,500job description

• Will be working closely with the facilities construction manager to monitor sub-con activities.
• Reviewing the civil construction drawings of the identified projects
• Cooperate with design unit, construction company and consulting company for joint review of drawings
• Effective control of the quality and progress of civil engineering during the project construction
• Prepare related engineering reports and progress comparison tables
• Organize, coordinate and supervise the civil work in all aspects of the project construction to ensure the progress and quality of the project
• Supervise the construction process, quality, testing of raw materials, acceptance of foundation, intermediate structure and hidden works
• Do a good job of technical review of key processes.
• Coordinate the process and equipment installation work, put forward the technical requirements for the civil construction of the process and equipment installation, and propose solutions
• Follow up the implementation of process requirements as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in large industrial plant, familiar with Party A\'s site management procedures. Experience in construction or factory facilities focusing into building maintenance will also be considered.
• Familiar with relevant national and local laws and policies
• Familiar with civil construction drawings, construction management and related civil construction specifications and requirements.
• Clear control focus and thinking in different stages of project management
• Strong ability to think systematically, analyze and solve problems
• Good team spirit and communication skills
• Work experience in steel structure plant park is preferred
• Good written and spoken in multilingual language
• Employment under contract for 1 to 2 years with potential to convert to permanent with internal transfer after the factory is build.
