Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines for projects.

- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

- Perform quality tests and inspections on materials, equipment, and processes.

- Identify and address non-conformities and deviations, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions.

- Maintain documentation of quality control activities and prepare reports on findings and recommendations.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on quality control matters.

- Participate in project meetings and communicate quality requirements to stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality control measures.

- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control systems.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience as a QA/QC engineer in construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations.

- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and equipment.

- Proficient in conducting inspections, tests, and measurements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of quality management systems and tools is desirable.

- Professional certifications related to quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
