Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Interpret, prepare, and produce accurate technical drawings.
Liaise professionally with the Professional Engineer (IR) and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Architects and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with design intent.
Contribute to both design planning and on-site implementation activities.
Experience in formwork will be considered an added advantage.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-4 years of relevant working experience.
Strong practical on-site exposure with proven problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across disciplines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet project timelines.
