managing and supervising both government and private sector projects
across Sarawak.
Government projects include
drainage systems, public infrastructure, and building works
, while private sector involvement mainly focuses on
residential and commercial building developments
. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations
Monitor and guide the engineering progress on site
Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders
Prepare and maintain site documentation and reports
Assist in resolving technical and site issues
Job Requirements:
Minimum
Advance Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering or related field
2-3 years
of relevant experience in construction or site supervision preferred
Computer literate
and able to handle basic project documentation
Able to communicate effectively in
English, Chinese, and Malay
Willing to travel and work at various project sites (Sibu and surrounding areas)
Able to start work immediately

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
