Job Description

1. Project Planning & Costing - Plan project timelines, budgets, and material requirements to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

2. Manage Manpower & Resources - Supervise and allocate site manpower, materials, and equipment for optimal productivity.

3. Arrange Daily Site Flow - Organize daily site activities and coordinate tasks to maintain smooth on-site operations.

4. Set & Monitor KPI (Operations Dept) - Establish and track operational KPIs to measure and improve team performance.

5. Construction Drawings - Prepare and review technical and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

6. Create & Improve Work SOP - Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures for construction and quality control.

7. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving - Identify issues promptly and implement practical engineering solutions on site.

8. Reporting to Management - Provide regular project progress, cost, and performance reports to management.

9. Quality Control & Safety - Enforce quality standards and safety compliance throughout all construction activities.

10. Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD for technical design and construction drawings.

11.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with hands-on project management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
