Construction supervision: Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and meets quality standards.

Environmental assessment: Evaluate a project's potential environmental impact and incorporate sustainable design principles into the plans.

Problem-solving: Identify and rectify any design or development problems that arise during a project.

Collaboration: Coordinate with other professionals like architects, subcontractors, and clients.

Compliance: Ensure projects comply with all legal, health, and safety regulations.
