Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Civil Technician

to join our Facilities Management team at Bukit Aman. The role involves supporting engineers in the

planning, supervision, and maintenance

of civil works for building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will assist in

site monitoring, surveying, quality inspection, and material testing

to ensure that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

site monitoring and supervision

to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Conduct

site measurements, surveys, and inspections

using equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments. Support engineers in

data collection, drafting, and documentation

for project progress and reporting. Assist in the

preparation and review of drawings and blueprints

using AutoCAD or equivalent software. Perform

quality checks and material testing

(e.g., concrete, soil) to meet project requirements. Maintain accurate

daily site records, logs, and reports

of work progress and issues. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure proper execution of civil works. Support

repair, upgrading, and maintenance

activities for existing structures and facilities. Observe and enforce

safety, health, and environmental (SHE)

protocols at all times.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate

in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of relevant working experience

in civil construction or facilities maintenance. Solid understanding of

construction materials, methods, and industry standards

. Proficient in

surveying tools and software

(e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS). Able to

read and interpret civil drawings, blueprints, and technical documents

. Knowledge of

quality assurance and safety regulations

in construction. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Physically fit and comfortable working in

outdoor environments

. Willing to

travel or work at project sites

as required.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
