5-day work weekWorking Hours:
8:30am-5:30pm / 12:00pm-9:00pmAssist in daily civil maintenance tasks including building repairs, structural checks, and site inspections. Support construction, renovation, and repair activities (plastering, tiling, painting, concrete works). Monitor and report defects in building structures, drainage systems, flooring and other civil components. Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and project specifications. Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to the supervisor.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience as a Civil Technician. Experience in site supervision, construction works or building maintenance is an added advantage. Basic understanding of civil engineering principles (structural, drainage, building works). Knowledge of construction materials, measurement methods and testing procedures. Able to conduct site inspections, monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
