Handling, processing, and recommending settlement of in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
Ensure claims are processed in accordance with the Company\'s Claims Service Standard and / or BNM\'s Guidelines on Claims Settlement Practices (minimum standard).
Handling claims in such a way as to maintain the Company\'s reputation for high quality service and customers\' satisfactions (speedy and fair dealings).
Checking / verification of documentation, assessment of claims and providing recommendation for settlement.
Negotiate with third party lawyer with the aim to achieve fair settlement.
Assignment of adjusters and / or lawyers to conduct investigations as well as follow up on their reports and status of claims.
Supervising panel lawyer to ensure the negotiation in conducted in accordance with Company policy
Liaising with other departments and agents on documentation or information required.
Job Specification:
Candidates with at least 1 years working experience of TPBI motor claims are preferred.
Fresh graduate with law degree is encouraged to apply.
Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia & English
