This role is to process and review all medical/health Guarantee Letter within specified authority limit and ensures that payments are made within the turnaround time (TAT).


Key Responsibilities

  • To assess and process all health/ medical claim for reimbursement in line with policy guidelines within authority limit
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations for guarantee facilities (hospital admission and discharge)
  • To be responsible for claim settlement and ensure payments are process within the agreed turnaround time and service standard
  • To support Helpline team with enquiries pertaining to medical reimbursement
  • To response to customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries on claim reimbursement matters in a timely manner
  • Assume the responsibilities of other team members as and when requires
  • Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department



Key Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in any medical or health science related field of study
  • Fresh graduate or Candidate with 2 - 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in healthcare related industry; knowledge in medical/ health claims
  • Possess good communication skill and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
  • Demonstrates ability to work as a team to deliver Allianz\xe2\x80\x99s enhanced customer experience journey
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL Sentral
