Customer Services; Service Assurance; Clearance & Brokerage Operations; Clearance Admin Inbound/ Outbound
Key responsibilities:
- Involves communication with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail
- Microsoft Office & PC Skills
- Planning & Organizing Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Graduates with a Diploma is encouraged to apply. No experience required.
- Those with Secondary Education with 2 to 3 years of Experience in a Shared Service Centre, Customs Clearance, Operations or general Logistics experience are also encouraged to apply.
- English proficiency is a must
- Able to work shift hours according to the office hours of the assigned country
