Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Daily collection from sales person
- Create new customer code
- Email debtor statement to sales person
- Checking for staff claim
- Filing & Scanning
- Ad-Hoc task when necessary - apply to all company
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business or Partial Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent. Work experience and skills
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
- The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
- Demonstrate a pro-active work ethic and ability to get thing done.
- Do not mind to work extra mileage and highly commitment and responsibility to work.
- Strong proficiency in Power Point, Ms Excel, Ms. Word and other similar applications.
- Experience in foreign currency account transaction & SQL accounting software will be added advantage.
