CLERK, SERVICE

Description

Provide clerical support to the Service Department.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Review and up-date request form and stock card.
2. Issue Purchase Requisition Note (PRN) and pass to immediate superior for verification.
3. Collect carbon copy for Purchase Requisition Note (PRN) and Purchase Order (P/O) to up-date and follow-up with purchaser and supplier.
4. Collect spare part together with carbon copy of Delivery Order (D/O) or Invoice from Inventory Department for filling.
5. Issue Goods Receive Voucher (GRV) according to Delivery Order (D/O) or Invoice and up-date in the stock card.
6. Prepare stock take sheet and carry out monthly stock take and up-date with Account Department.
7. Monitor and up-date Services Department tools and equipment\'s.
8. Initiate and follow-up to filling all the documentation for Services Department.
