Required Task



Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, verifying items against purchase orders and specifications. Organize and store products systematically to ensure accessibility, safety, and security. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all stock movements, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments. Use inventory management software or ERP systems to monitor stock levels and generate reports. Conduct daily and monthly stock counts to identify and resolve discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Investigate any stock variances, damages, or losses and report findings to management. Inspect all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company quality and functionality standards. Prevent defective, damaged, or expired items from being stored or distributed. Follow proper handling and storage procedures for sensitive electronic devices and components. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment. Adhere to safety regulations and storage best practices, including FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of stock. Assist in procurement planning by providing accurate stock data and lead-time updates. Communicate effectively with management on inventory-related issues or process improvements.

Requirements



Minimum diploma or equivalent required. Have an experience at least 1 year in Administrative and Customer Services.

Fresh graduates are welcome too

. Familiarity with computerized databases, spreadsheets, and office software. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Keen interest in Gadget products and open to exploring learning new gadget & technology categories.
