We are looking for a

Clerk (Data Entry & Paperwork)

to support daily administrative and data management tasks. This role is perfect for someone who prefers working quietly in the office without the need to handle phone calls or meet clients.

Responsibilities:



Key in client information and data into CRM system accurately. Update and maintain customer records in the system. Organize and file documents systematically. Assist with paperwork related to insurance applications and renewals. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Support administrative tasks assigned by the insurance agent.

Requirements:



Age between 20 - 25 years old. Minimum education: SPM. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / data entry). Able to work independently and handle repetitive tasks. Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. No need to answer calls or meet customers.
