Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Preferably minimum two (2) years in the related field is required for this position.
Strong command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The roles are to support the various responsibilities of the Human Resouce Department including:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update accurate records in the SAP SuccessFactors, IPMS and Safe-G System.
Prepare and process HR-related documentations, including employment contracts, confirmation of new employees, and relevant correspondences.
Assist in the overall recruitment process.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing and handling correspondence, data entry, filing, managing office supplies, uniform inventory and distribution.
Monitor and verify employee attendance records.
Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
