Job Responsibility Communication with managers to coordinate schedule. Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication. Act as the organizational receptionist and receive calls and guests. Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communication to appropriate as necessary. Regularly check and maintain records of necessary office supplier Communication regularly with staff to help procure needed items. Job Requirements Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft office suite. Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft outlook and gmail. Working knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment, including printers and phone system. Strong communication skills.
