Client Care Executive is responsible to manage customer enquiries via Voice (Inbound/Outbound) or Non-Voice (Email/Live Chat/Social Media) channel support. The nature of enquiries will be pertaining to the client\xe2\x80\x99s Product/Service, Process Order(s), Correspondences (preparation/documentation in the system) and in turn fulfilling customer inquiries until resolution.
