Client Care Executive

Job Description
- Good communication skills both in English and Chinese with a flair for client care result driven and self motivated.
- A team player providing support across all aspects with an energetic personality.
- Ability to understand client's viewpoint and client relationship bonding
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients at all times
- Client focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Minimum qualification university degree holder
- Previous experience in similar industry will be an added advantage
- Fluency in English and Mandarin languages preferred
- A team player providing support across all aspects with an energetic personality.
- Interact and handle all client services, booking appointments, assisting doctors for client consultation and all client's follow ups.
- Computer literate able to process sales transactions in clinic operating systems.
