We are an international logistics company looking for
Client Relationship Executives
. You will take care of current clients, make sure they are happy with our service, and encourage them to use our service more. This isnot a sales job
. Fresh graduates are welcome if you are outgoing and like to talk to people.Main Tasks
Take care of existing clients (no new sales) Call or meet clients to check if they are satisfied Help solve client issues with support from the team Remind clients to use our service and encourage more usage Report client feedback and problems to the team Visit clients in your area when needed
Requirements
Can speak and write in Malay & English Diploma/Degree - Fresh Grads welcome Outgoing and friendly, like to meet and talk to people Able to build and keep good relationships with clients Can work independently and follow targets Basic Excel skills (data entry, reports) Own transport is an advantage Fresh graduates are welcome, experience in customer service or sales is a plus
