We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Client Executive

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience with our health and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver top-notch client care for health and wellness.. Perform health and wellness assessments to clients and make sure clients understand the importance of health maintenance and benefits. Make connection and engage with current as well as potential customers to introduce the health program. Collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to create treatment plans that support clients' continuity as they obtain complementary and alternative medical care. Engage and participate in a variety of marketing initiatives to advertise products and services and generate leads and new clients. Maintain positive relationships with repeating customers by offering customer service and follow-up. Maintain good interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, complaints and services experience with company CRM system. Work closely with Staff Nurse and assist doctors when required during the consultation and treatments. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable wellness products or solutions. Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support professionally. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and product presentations. Maintain accurate customer records and track progress using internal systems. Participate in company events, product training, and promotional activities. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and in a team. Basic computer skills Experience in wellness-related industries is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
