The position requires good experience and background in operations including familiarity with OTC product, team focus and dynamic. He/she adds value by working on a number of simultaneous tasks with minimal supervision while paying special attention to details. Our mission is to perform day-to-day operations in offering transparency and high level of control to our clients regarding OTC products.The incumbent is responsible for operating activities within deadlines stated in collaboration with Client Operations Europe Middle Office Services: Activities performed in the context of Custodian and Fund Administration principles, Prospectus, ISDA Master Agreements, internal policies and procedures and ensuring optimal client service.What will you do?Manages and owns the complete the complete client portfolio of change, including: 1) Works to understand through constructive discussions, the clients change requirements and documents the high-level scope; 2) Engaging where appropriate the resources and methodologies of the Client Solutions teamsAccountable for the end-to-end implementation plan via the coordination of both internal and external parties (onshore and offshore)Management of client change/new business logs and associated tracking, reviewing them with clients and internal parties on a regular basisCoordinates and executes change requests ensuring that they are in line with the differentiated service model defined for Coverage and mid-market clients * Monitors and promptly escalates change requests or transition items which would lead to increased operational risk or reduced efficiencyPosition locationGeographical areaAsia, MalaysiaCityPutrajayaCandidate criteriaMinimal education levelBachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalentAcademic qualification / Speciality
