Client Relation Executive
Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for overall client satisfaction with company products and service. \xc2\xb7 To drive increase company revenue and ensure growth of customer base. \xc2\xb7 Deal with product and service related inquiry and offer advice or presents to clients. \xc2\xb7 Initiative in resolve any difficulties and complaints from clients and identify new business opportunity. \xc2\xb7 Attend meeting and work closely with internal team to ensure client enquiry is successfully closed. \xc2\xb7 Develop and manage details scheduling and plan to ensure meeting clients requirement consistently. \xc2\xb7 Attend meeting with clients. \xc2\xb7 Generate weekly and monthly activity and sales report.
