The Client Relations Team puts a human face on all of our client\xe2\x80\x99s touchpoints. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be managing calls, emails, chats and office walk-ins, assisting our clients with questions on our services and plans \xe2\x80\x93 and most importantly, encouraging clients to engage our services. You\xe2\x80\x99ll become an expert at advising clients on how we can help their businesses. You\xe2\x80\x99re going to be completely empowered to convince and impress our clients.

Employment Type: Full-time (9 months minimum employment period, including 3 months probation)
Work Model: Hybrid (Up to 10 days monthly in office)
Work Location (if required to be in office): Cheras Business Centre, Kuala Lumpur
Working Days: 5 days a week, excluding public holidays
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach and maintain an advisory relationship with clients.
  • Breed productive clients from various sources including social media networking, email marketing, messaging apps marketing, cold calling, social media content creation, or referral.
  • Coordinate between clients and departments, and to schedule calls or meet-up for addressing client\xe2\x80\x99s concerns, feedback or complaints with regards to our services and plans.
  • Provide quality and meaningful advise for clients in terms of our services and plans.
  • Prepare an effective sales pitch and proposal to attract the attention of potential clients and to encourage conversions.
  • Respond to client\xe2\x80\x99s feedback, concerns, complaints, issues, or enquiries from various contact channels in a timely manner.
  • Identify sales leads and contact all potential clients immediately to encourage conversions.
  • Processing quotes, invoices, payments, and subscriptions.
  • Follow up with our clients on their satisfaction on our services.
  • Encourage existing clients to foster a long-term partnership with us.
  • Keeping records of client\xe2\x80\x99s interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure complaints and issues from the client are well-resolved in a timely and efficient manner to ensure client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction.
  • Guide and supervise interns on the daily responsibilities.

; Requirements: -

  • Candidates with no working experience are welcomed. Working experience in customer service and/or in the digital marketing field is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge, experience and skills on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads are added advantages.
  • Knowledge, experience and skills on graphics design, photo and video editing, and the use of Adobe products are added advantages.
  • Minimum SPM holder for Malaysians or any equivalent for non-Malaysians. Graduates in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Communications, or Social Science disciplines have an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Fluent in writing and spoken communication in English AND Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem solving skills.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferable.
