Client Relationship Management - Senior Analyst (Affinity)

We will count on you to:

• Serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated low-risk accounts, follows up on correspondences and works to strengthen and grow account relationships.
• Develops an understanding of client businesses by conducting account research, research on industry issues and preparing benchmarking studies for personal and team use.
• Responsible for all Affinity activities which can be categorized into: Business development, Project Management, Program management & Client management
• Mitigates account concerns or issues encountered, addresses problems in a timely manner and applies judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior level colleagues.
• Maintain and develop relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Develops and maintains a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.

What you need to have:

• A degree holder from any field
• 6 -7 years of experience in Account Management with affinity program exposure within the Insurance industry
• Sound knowledge in General Insurance
• Proficient and confident in public speaking, to conduct presentation
• A people person and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Effective influencing skills to promote a new initiative, idea or product
