Senior Client Relationship Management - Power plant

We will count on you to:

• To service, expand and grow revenue in the Power & Utilities Industry.
• To build client relationship with key accounts such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Sarawak Energy etc.
• To have a good relationship with markets that write Power business
• Supports colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated small accounts and conducting ensuing account management tasks including processing billing requests and gathering information for quotes, generating project calendars, liaising between internal senior professionals and accounts and organizing meeting logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mitigates account concerns or issues encountered, addresses problems in a timely manner and applies judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior level colleagues.
• Develops and maintains a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.

What you need to have:

• A degree holder from any field
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Account Management within the Insurance industry
• Sound knowledge in key account management
• Willing to contribute to expand your clientele coverage by engaging in business development activities when required
• Outgoing and independent in nature
• A people person and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu

• Solid experience in General Insurance and Financial Lines Insurance with Powerplant exposure
• Managing a team of at least two or three people
• Have excellent communication skills with the drive to expand your knowledge
