Role Description This is a full-time role for a Project Manager with technical knowledge of Climate Adaptation Interventions and hands-on work experience in Community-based Climate and/or Social Resilience projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks to manage and oversee projects, and for accurate reporting. The role will oversee a small cross-functional team of full-time and part-time resources, and is required to work collaboratively across the various teams at Think City. The role will require being on-site at Penang, and some travel to other states may be required from time to time. Qualifications Experience in project pre-launch and kick-off preparation, project management, event management, social survey Demonstrated success in overseeing projects from concept to completion Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong leadership and organizational abilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with teams, stakeholders, and partners Background in the Sciences, Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related field is preferred
