The incumbent is responsible for providing remote and on-site clinical and technical support for Cardiac Electrophysiology products and driving customer satisfaction through providing clinical / technical support and services.

The tasks:

• Prompt response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff.
• Identify and routinely uses the most effective, cost efficient and best business practices to plan, organize and perform work; continually evaluates their effectiveness and appropriateness.
• Assist cardiac electrophysiology procedures and reports status to manager.
• Support Clinical Studies Department if required.
• Coordinates local Marketing / Sales Managers\' activities to support key customers with customer training and education events.
• Support BIOTRONIK national sales, business development and marketing strategies.
• Act as a liaison between the company and physicians/clinical sites regarding technical and clinical issues using BIOTRONIK medical devices.
• Support troubleshooting, product development and quality assurance and may include clinical trial protocols.
• Identify and build strong and lasting business relationships with all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic), KOLs and key referrals in all accounts.
• Participate in national and international congresses.
• Maintain and acquires new product, technology, market, and process knowledge established by the industry, company and management.
• Understand and can appropriately use product positioning and marketing messages.
• Ensures compliance with BIOTRONIK policies and practices and the code of conduct.
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.

Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field of medical discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years sales / clinical experience, preferably in medical industry. Fresh graduate with Biomedical Engineering and Life Sciences degree can be considered.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English
• High level of energy and passion to drive products to the assigned accounts
• Basic knowledge of working in sterile room environment and medical device product lines through direct physician interaction and procedural consultation.
• Able to identify, establish and develop relationships with doctors to support company product lines
• Knowledge of providing clinical support to Surgeons during procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and customers
• Basic knowledge of key trends within the medical device segments and has the ability to identify potential opportunities
• May require off-working hour and weekend on-call service to customers
