What You Will Be Doing :

• Scrubbing in for surgeries in Operation Theaters. Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after surgical cases
• Ensuring customers comprehend technical specifications and usage instructions of Stryker products
• Case prearrangement and instrument & implant kits monitoring
• Provide inventory management and invoicing to customers
• Provide inventory management support by delivering, organizing and monitoring inventory of implants and instruments at customer location
• Identify and troubleshoot product-related issues related to customers' application of products
• Document product performance issues; assist in preparing reports regarding these product issues according to Company policy and governmental requirements
• Assist in the return/addition of products resulting from field service issues, stock adjustments, field actions, and administrative processes according to Company procedures
• Ensure that products requiring maintenance are returned to the branch in a timely manner
• Assisting in product training to customers and/or colleagues

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Health Sciences related fields
• Experience scrubbing in for OT surgical cases is a must
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English
• Possess the motivation and enthusiasm to positively help patients through the ambassadorship of using Stryker products
• Good interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
