Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot technical issues they encounter while using cloud services.
- Provide professional consultancy to help clients maximize their cloud resources.
- Draft and update technical documents and Q&A for client and team reference.
- Proficiency in various cloud services, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
- Familiarity with operating system and database layers, capable of troubleshooting and optimizing.
- Experience with infrastructure deployment, understanding virtualization and containerization concepts.
- Involvement in or experience with system maintenance, understanding system monitoring and emergency response.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin and is preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 system stability.
