Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bAs a Cloud Delivery Project Manager, you will be working across multi-clients in which this role offers exposure in on-prem and cloud environments. This role requires hands on experience with migrations where your primary contribution would be to plan, manage and track technical project milestones against RF, SOW, project charter, Goals, Scope, Delivery Approach, Delivery Plan, Activities, Risk & Deliverable in an effective manner. Candidate should ideally have experience in entire cycle from design, implementation, deployment, configuration, analysis and project closure for Technology products such as Private Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Solution, VMWare Solution with working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, O365 Security and Commvault & Veeam. The ability to effectively present to a wide range and size of audiences is a must. A good understanding of issues surrounding deployment, management, security and integration of technologies and solutions is required.What you\'ll be accountable for?

• Responsible for technical project management and delivery of Maxis Cloud products and Solution
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation being made clear and documented
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Assign tasks and troubleshooting, ensure the project proceed smoothly.
• Manage people for telecommunications projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects
• Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers or department personnel
• Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the schedule and within budget constraints
• Assigns and monitors work of Network technical personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives
• Directs the activities of project support staff and sub-contractors and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project
• Successfully managed Project Life Cycle and processes and initiated solutions for reducing cost for projects
• Coordinated project and ensured compliance with estimated costs and timelines
• Held weekly meeting to go over requirements and progress on the cloud projects
• Prioritized all requests to determine which projects should be processed
• Held quarterly prioritization meetings with all business owners and re-prioritize where necessary
• Sent out weekly status reports to let all involved parties know projects reviewed, in process, closed and to be reviewed

What do you need to have for this role?

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Proven working experience as a project manager in Agile development project
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and technologies
• Familiar with application architecture design, Java based is preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
