:

• PSL Leader enables optimum relay between the strategic decisions and commitments made by the IM Leadership Team and the execution of these decisions and commitments at product level teams, the heart of IM value creation and delivery.
• The PSL Lead has overall accountability on the performance (delivery, costs, people management and well being) of the related product teams. PSL scope is end-to-end (Design / Build / Run).
• The PSL Lead also guarantees the adherence of the related product teams to the standards and procedures of IM.

- Develop strategy and master plan for Cloud & Hosting, anticipating future business needs and priorities for APAC - Oversee the design, build and run of Datacenter hosted with Vmware/Hyper-V, - Active Directory, Storage and Backup within the PSL for APAC - Drive continuous improvement of all products and services within the Cloud & Hosting PSL for APAC - Responsible for managing the Availability and Capacity management and reportingON PREM Virtual/Physical servers, Storage and Backup infrastructure in APAC - Managing/operating Co-Lo Data Center and Stakeholder - End to End accountability of product life cycle management with Cloud First approach - Applies and/ or drives the related product teams on the IM governance decisions (EA; make or buy; quality, security, etc..) - Fosters innovation in the Cloud & Hosting PSL and ensures a pipeline of innovative features and technologies is maintained to feed roadmap evolutions. - Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code Of Conduct. - Carry out any other task as directed by the superior Education: Bachelor to Master Degree in a Technical/IT discipline or equivalent experience Experience : 10 Years and above years of experience in Servers, information security architecture role or related field Skills:
- Leadership, Strong presentation skills and business Acumen - Vmware, AWS, Veeam/Symantec/Dell Backup solutions, NAS/SAN Storage Solutions
- Proven track record in Managing or leading a team on the IT infrastructure operations responsible for the Servers(Windows, Unix/linux), Backup infrastructure, Active directory and Bare Metal servers Skills in managing * On prem virtual server infrastructure platform * AWS architecture knowledge * Cloud Migration * Backup Infrastructure * High Availability and Disaster recovery * Data Center * Private/Public cloud management * Vendor management Strong Problem solving and decision-making skill Exceptional Interpersonal Skills Guide and Mentoring the team This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
