As a key member of our operations team, you will design, develop, and document cloud infrastructure and monitoring solutions, automate processes, and ensure high system reliability. You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to support our platform, which powers video advertising on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Automate manual operational tasks to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
Identify areas for system improvement to increase reliability and minimize incidents.
Manage and support proactive monitoring solutions across production environments.
Investigate and analyze recurring issues in live applications, collaborating with developers to prevent reoccurrence.
Perform real-time diagnosis of major incidents in backend and frontend systems.
Conduct analysis and reporting on frequently occurring live issues.
Assist developers in bug triage by providing detailed scenarios and user insights.
Provide Tier 3 IT support for production infrastructure, including on-call rotations (24x7).
Create and manage automated infrastructure builds and configuration management.
Ensure cloud systems meet requirements for scalability, redundancy, networking, security, and performance.
Adopt and integrate emerging cloud technologies, APIs, and PaaS offerings.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience
in DevOps or Cloud Operations.
Strong experience with
GIT, CI/CD environments
, and system automation.
Advanced scripting/programming skills:
PowerShell
plus one or more of Python, Bash, Java, JavaScript, or Node.js.
Hands-on experience with
Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform
.
Strong background in
AWS (preferred)
in large-scale enterprise systems.
Knowledge of
Docker, Kubernetes
, and container-based architectures.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as
Grafana, DataDog
.
Understanding of
security architecture, source control, and change management
.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and systems-thinking skills.
Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to create technical references, documentation, and knowledge base materials.
