Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Automate operational tasks to streamline processes and reduce manual effort. Identify areas for system improvement to increase reliability and minimize incidents. Manage and support proactive monitoring solutions across production environments. Analyze trends and recurring issues in live applications and coordinate investigations to prevent recurrence. Perform real-time diagnosis of major incidents in live systems, including backend/frontend actions. Troubleshoot complex or difficult-to-reproduce problems. Provide detailed analysis and reporting on frequently occurring live issues. Assist developers in understanding user scenarios and reported bugs to accelerate resolution. Participate in Tier 3 IT support and on-call rotations for production infrastructure and services (24x7). Create and manage automated infrastructure solutions, including builds and configuration management. Apply knowledge of large-scale on-premises and cloud systems, including networking, security, redundancy, scalability, monitoring, and performance KPIs. Rapidly learn and integrate new technologies, PaaS offerings, and APIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD environments, system automation, and source control (Git). Strong PowerShell expertise; proficiency in other programming or scripting languages (Python, Bash/Shell, Java, JavaScript, Node.js) a plus. Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform. Hands-on AWS experience in large-scale enterprise systems preferred. Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container technologies. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana or DataDog. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of general security architecture and design. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, spreadsheets, and checklists. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Creative, resourceful problem-solver with systems-thinking aptitude.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
