Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue
Lead new membership sales to
meet and exceed monthly targets
.
Build strong relationships with members to encourage referrals and long-term loyalty.
Conduct
local outreach
and community engagement to generate quality leads.
Develop partnerships with
corporate clients
and local businesses.
Track sales performance, analyze conversion rates, and refine sales strategies.
Represent the
Anytime Fitness business model
consistently across all sales channels.
Personal Training Services
Ensure
personal training revenue goals
are achieved through effective promotion and scheduling.
Introduce PT services during membership consultations to maximize conversions.
Support trainer development, certification, and performance.
Collaborate with the PT Manager to create engaging, results-driven programs.
Continuously improve PT offerings to enhance member experience and retention.
Member Experience
Deliver a
welcoming, personable, and results-oriented
club atmosphere.
Maintain high
member satisfaction
and retention through genuine engagement.
Address member feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Ensure smooth onboarding for all new members with consistent follow-up.
Implement creative
retention and engagement programs
to build community.
Facility & Team Management
Recruit, coach, and lead a
high-performing, motivated team.
Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth execution and administrative accuracy.
Maintain
facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety compliance.
Prepare regular reports and performance updates for management.
