Clubhouse Manager Responsibilities : \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage, run and operate and attend to the day-to-day operational matters of the Clubhouse. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure proper management of the Clubhouse by meeting regularly with the Front Desk Executive, Sports Coordinator and communicating with the Housekeeping and/or Maintenance vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 To be responsible for and control all hiring, termination, training, development, and administration of the employees of the Clubhouse. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide job orientation and training to all staff and volunteers \xe2\x80\xa2 Role-model leadership and encourage teamwork within the team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide performance evaluation that are consistent and clear \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow policies and procedures on staff disciplinary, grievance and/or dismissal actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the constitution, objects, aims, rules and regulations of the Clubhouse and the decisions and by-laws of its members are respected and observed at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all government regulations are observed at all times; \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and continuously improve upon Clubhouse\xe2\x80\x99s Standard Operating Procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile periodic report to update and communicate with stakeholders including Level Up Fitness Director and Client Representative on a regular schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fill in for staff during shortages to minimize interruption of scheduled programs/activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute towards delivering a great experience to members and guests Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years working experience in the sports, hospitality or service line \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a supervisory or leadership role Must be independent, responsible and highly motivated \xe2\x80\xa2 Any relevant University degree
