ALLIANCE CONTRACT MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. seeks a CNC MACHINE MAINTAINANCE EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company\xe2\x80\x99s development \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing preventive maintenance on all CNC and conventional machines, process equipment and incorporate modifications and revisions when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for maintaining, repairing, calibrating modifying or rebuilding a wide variety of CNC machine tools and associated equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the preventive, breakdown, planned maintenance of CNC turning and milling machines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating and implementing maintenance standard operating procedures based on specific machine knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carrying out maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment and record Daily Maintenance Check sheet update. \xe2\x80\xa2 Read, interpret and follow intricate and complex blueprints, schematics and instruction manuals as they apply to the hydraulic, pneumatic and electro-mechanical apparatus of the CNC machine tools and manufacturing process equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing, summarizing and analysing the records of breakdowns to draw inference / find out the root cause of each & major / minor critical / non-critical breakdown making corrective and preventive actions for the same. \xe2\x80\xa2 Procuring Spares and Maintaining as per requirement to reduce breakdown time of all machines reducing Spare cost by standardizing of spares and in-house repairing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshooting faulty machinery and diagnosing the root cause of the malfunction using diagnostic tools, designing maintenance strategies procedures and problem-solving abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements and supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health policies at all times as well as the quality of work perform.
